Reliable service, towing service, and roadside assistance 24 hours a day
If you have concluded a towing and loading cost insurance clause, you can use the following services if your insured vehicle becomes inoperable due to an accident, breakdown, or vehicle trouble (cannot be driven under its own power or is prohibited from being driven by law), or if it is stolen.
Towing service
A towing company will rush to the scene and transport your car to a repair shop or other facility.
- The total amount of expenses covered by the towing service, including road service expenses, is limited to 500$.
- If the Future Towing Service Support Center determines that it is reasonable to transport the vehicle to a repair shop, etc., designated by the user and gives prior approval, the 500$ limit will not apply. However, this only applies if the user contacts the Future Towing Service Support Center in advance and the vehicle is transported by a company affiliated with the center, a Future Towing designated automobile shop.
Road service
A service provider will rush to the scene and provide emergency repairs to your vehicle
(e.g., jump-starting a dead battery, replacing a flat tire).
- The total amount of expenses covered by road service, including towing service expenses, is limited to 500$.
Support for staying overnight and returning home
If you use a Towing Service in Winnipeg or your vehicle is stolen, we will provide you with information on accommodation and public transportation, and will reimburse any additional expenses (actual costs) incurred due to emergency accommodation (one night) or the need to use public transportation.
- Additional expenses (accommodation costs) incurred due to emergency accommodation will be reimbursed up to a maximum of 400$ per person. However, this does not include expenses for food and drink.
- Any additional expenses incurred due to the necessity to use public transportation (such as travel expenses to get home) will be reimbursed up to a maximum of 400$ per person, provided that the route and method are reasonable.
- This does not apply if the location where the vehicle became inoperable or was stolen is a place where the vehicle is normally kept, such as your home.
- This support does not involve arranging accommodation or public transportation, but rather reimbursement of expenses incurred by the recipient at a later date upon submission of proof that the recipient has paid those expenses.
Land transportation support
If you use our towing service or your vehicle is stolen, we will pay any of the following costs (actual expenses) incurred to retrieve your vehicle after repairs or charges have been completed.
●
Expenses incurred in transporting the vehicle by land transport vehicle, etc.
●
Expenses incurred for one person’s outbound journey using public transportation
- We will reimburse the cost of collecting your car (land transportation costs, etc.) up to a maximum of 500 $, provided that the route and method are reasonable.
- This support will be paid at a later date for the expenses incurred by the user upon submission of evidence that the expenses were incurred.
Fuel refueling service
If your car runs out of fuel and becomes unable to drive, a service provider will rush to your location and provide up to 10 liters of gasoline (regular or premium) or diesel for your car.
- This does not apply if the fuel runs out in a place where it is normally stored, such as your home.
- This service can only be used once during the insurance period (if the insurance period exceeds one year, once for each year from the first day of the insurance period).
- Any costs incurred when the user procures fuel themselves will not be covered.
